Directions for use

Warm the cushion in the microwave ( 1 to 2 minutes maximum power) in a traditional oven (in a dish with a thermostat of 8 to 10 minutes) or on the radiator and place it on the shoulders, neck or around the aching limb.

When cold, put it in the refrigerator or freezer and place it on the bruises, or on the forehead in case of migraine.

Linseed, rich in oil, provides gentle, soothing warmth and an incomparable aroma.
