The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of LE GRENIER DU LIN and the Customer with regard to the products offered by LE GRENIER DU LIN on its website and on the corresponding pages (hereinafter "the Site").

They apply exclusively between BV LE GRENIER DU LIN, Zeelaan 157 bus 1, 8660 De Panne (hereinafter "LE GRENIER DU LIN") and any consumer who is a natural person visiting or purchasing via the said Site (hereinafter "the Customer").
LE GRENIER DU LIN offers the Customer the possibility of ordering products of the brand LE GRENIER DU LIN (hereinafter "the Product(s)") online in accordance with these general terms and conditions.

All orders placed on the Site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. These are subject to changes and updates; the conditions applicable to the ordering of a product by a customer are the conditions in force on the day of the order.


The Products offered by LE GRENIER DU LIN comply with the standards applicable in France.
The Products offered for sale are presented on LE GRENIER DU LIN's website and are accompanied by a description.
Elements such as photographs, texts, graphics and all information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the Products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.


The Client undertakes to communicate to LE GRENIER DU LIN the elements of real and necessary information for the performance of the service covered by these conditions as requested online and according to his situation, including his name, first name, address, telephone and valid e-mail.
In the event of an error in the wording of the Client's contact details, LE GRENIER DU LIN cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
Once the order has been placed, LE GRENIER DU LIN sends the Customer an e-mail confirming the order. He then informs him of the shipment of the Products.


Any order will only be validated after acceptance of payment.
LE GRENIER DU LIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer over a previous order.
LE GRENIER DU LIN can accept orders within the limits of available stocks. It informs the Customer of the availability of the Products sold on the Site at the time of confirmation of the order.
If, despite LE GRENIER DU LIN's vigilance, the products are unavailable, LE GRENIER DU LIN will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel his order and be reimbursed, if necessary, for the sums already paid.
The definitive or temporary unavailability can in no way engage the responsibility of LE GRENIER DU LIN, nor can it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favour of the Client.


The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros including all French taxes (French VAT and other taxes that may be applicable), excluding shipping costs for countries other than France and Belgium.

The shipping costs will be indicated in the Customer's basket, before the final validation of the order.

Prices may be modified at any time, without notice and in particular in the event of a change in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.


LE GRENIER DU LIN delivers its Products in France and in all the countries of the European Union and can, on request, deliver in any country.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Client, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the Client, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
Deliveries are made by the delivery services offered on the Site, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating his order.
In the event of a damaged package (already opened, missing products...), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and LE GRENIER DU LIN, by any means, all reservations within two (2) days of receipt of the product.
Orders are shipped on average within two (2) days.
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. LE GRENIER DU LIN cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not due to its fault.
LE GRENIER DU LIN undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order by e-mail.


Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or instalments. The Customer pays for his order by credit card / bank transfer / check / Paypal in accordance with the provisions of this article, subject to acceptance of the credit card / bank transfer / check / Paypal payment by the bank whose dedicated platform manages this type of payment.
For each transaction, the Client will indicate the number on the front of his card, the expiry date of his card and the cryptogram on the back of his card (last three digits).
The communication by the Client of his credit card number constitutes authorization for LE GRENIER DU LIN to debit his account for the amount of his order.
LE GRENIER DU LIN retains ownership of the item until full payment of the price by the Customer. Purchases are made in a secure manner. The payment solutions adopted by LE GRENIER DU LIN are 100% secure. For payments by credit card all the information that Customers provide to LE GRENIER DU LIN is strictly protected and guarantees the conformity and security of each transaction.


Within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of his order, the Customer may request LE GRENIER DU LIN to return the Product(s).
To do this, the Customer must first make a return request by email to [email protected].
To be returned for a return or exchange, the customer's model must not have been worn more than a fitting and must have retained the delivery note. If any of these conditions are not met, the model will not be refunded/exchanged and the Client will be responsible for returning the model if he/she wishes it to be returned.

The return is at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned within eight (8) calendar days in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the delivery note, to the following address:

If the item is not returned by the Customer within eight (8) days, the return is considered cancelled and the Customer must keep the product.

The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum period of eight (8) days from its receipt by LE GRENIER DU LIN, by a credit of the amount to be refunded on the Customer's bank account.

If LE GRENIER DU LIN has delivered a damaged product or a product different from the ordered item, the return costs are at the expense of LE GRENIER DU LIN.
If the returned garment bears traces indicating that the Customer has worn his garment more than for a fitting, it will not be refunded and if he wishes to recover his model, the transport of it will be at his expense.

If the Customer does not comply with these conditions, in particular the return conditions, LE GRENIER DU LIN will not be able to refund the Products concerned.


LE GRENIER DU LIN has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the site, from the ordering process to the dispatch of the parcel or subsequent services. LE GRENIER DU LIN cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with the law and case law.


Under no circumstances is the Customer authorized to download or modify all or part of the Site and in particular its content (listed products, descriptions, images, videos...).
This Site or any part of this Site may not be reproduced, copied, sold or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of LE GRENIER DU LIN.
In general, all copyrights, trademarks and other distinctive signs and property or intellectual property rights appearing on the Site shall remain the full and entire property of LE GRENIER DU LIN.
The Customer is therefore required to respect intellectual property rights and may not use the trademarks appearing on the Site and on the Products where applicable, or register a trademark that would harm the owner of the rights, unless otherwise provided by contract.
The same applies to any other intellectual property right.
All texts, images, comments, illustrations reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law and for the whole world.
As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
The reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the pages, data and any other constituent element of the site, by any process or medium whatsoever, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement without the publisher's authorisation.


LE GRENIER DU LIN undertakes to use Clients' confidential information only in the context of the operation of its Site.
For the proper processing of the order, the personal data collected will be subject to computer processing, the Customer acknowledges that he is aware of it.
As such, the information concerning him can be communicated to technical service providers of LE GRENIER DU LIN.
In addition, LE GRENIER DU LIN may use technical means to obtain non-personal information about Internet users in order to improve the site's functionalities, for example by tracking the number of visitors on certain pages.
In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 amended by the law of 6 August 2004, the Client has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him/her contained in LE GRENIER DU LIN's files. 12.1. Partial invalidity of a clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared null and void or unenforceable by a competent court, it shall be declared unwritten and shall not render the other provisions null and void.
12.2. Updating
These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by LE GRENIER DU LIN, the applicable conditions being those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.
These general terms and conditions of sale are permanently accessible at this address.
12.3. Applicable law - Competent court
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law with regard to both substantive and formal rules. Any dispute must be the subject of a prior attempt at amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
12.4: Reproduction of applicable texts (Ordinance 2005-136 of 17 February 2005, Consumer Code, Civil Code)
Article L. 211-4. of the Consumer Code
The seller is required to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He shall also be liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation where the latter has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
Article L. 211-5. of the Consumer Code
- To be in conformity with the contract, the property must:
1° Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that he presented to the Customer in the form of a sample or model;
- have the qualities that a Customer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labelling;
2° Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the Customer, brought to the attention of the seller and that the latter has accepted.
Article L. 211-12. of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity shall be barred after two (2) years from the date of delivery of the goods.
Art. 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the thing sold that make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or that reduce this use so much, that the Customer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them.
Art. 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from the fundamental defects must be brought by the purchaser within two (2) years of the discovery of the defect.
